Duties:Outbound Telesales Agent:

Realistic average annual income range of 40-60K.

• Initiate a large volume of dials per day to newly-existing 1&1 customers - no cold calls.
• Spend 80% of an 8-hour work day dialing and speaking to prospects.
• Meet a minimum requirement of sales per week; the amount will vary, depending on the particular campaign.
• Build rapport and follow up with clients where necessary, in order close the sale.
• Provide clients with appropriate products and services to better their business’ online profile and presence.
• Maintain a target-oriented approach to achieving results, despite high volumes of customer rejection.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure that the recommendations provided are to better the customer’s situation.

Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:
• At least one (1) year prior Outbound Telesales experience a MUST.
• A highly motivated, team-oriented, positive attitude.
• Extremely goal-oriented with the ability to focus on the task at hand.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to prospects whose technical backgrounds can range from expert-level web developer to extreme novice. Agents must be able to conduct professional and grammatically correct email communications with clients.
• The ability to multitask, researching customer information while holding a conversation.
• Ability to easily build trust and rapport with clients, and match appropriate 1&1 products to suit customer needs.
• Office-related computing skills including: proficiency with MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly master internal tools housing customer account information.
• Experience utilizing call center CRM tools a major plus.
