Duties:Call Center Customer Service Website Support Agent:
Our MyWebsite Customer Service Representatives are customer service focused individuals who provide extraordinary service and consultation to our customers. Our MyWebsite software is CMS-based and provides quick website solutions for small businesses. Representatives answer incoming phone calls received from our customers regarding their accounts. Representatives deal with a variety issues, such as technical troubleshooting & billing issues and are product experts, providing consultation to help the customers. They have monthly sales quotas to reach.

We expect you to have basic computer and internet skills, and we will train on our company\'s products.

Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:
* Ability to speak and write clearly in English
* Ability to answer customer calls and emails regarding account and service-related issues
* Ability to document all call and account information according to standard operating procedures
* Ability to use a computer
* Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
* Ability to communicate Technical and Billing processes clearly
* Great customer service attitude; ability to exercise patience and understanding with customers
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
* Willingness to learn new products and services
* Ability to regularly report to work on time as scheduled; reliable form of transportation
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Must have a proactive approach to upselling products and services after evaluating the customerís needs. Must be confident enough to promote and sell packages to existing customers, and help reach sales goals for the department.
* Perform other duties as assigned

We expect you to have basic computer and internet skills, and we will train on our company\'s products.

Work Experience Requirements:
* At least one (1) year prior experience working in an incoming call center
* Basic to moderate understanding and experience utilizing the Internet and Internet protocols
* Prior experience using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Prior customer service experience

Education Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:
* Prior experience utilizing CMSís
* Prior experience working at a help-desk
* Prior experience in Website design
* Previous experience utilizing PHP, HTML (versions 3-5), CSS 2+, Javascript, jQuery, AJAX
* Prior experience utilizing MySQL databases
* Fluency in foreign languages (esp. Spanish)
*1 year sales experience
